An olive tree that has a name in the field, such as the olive tree of Netofah in its time, and he forgot it, it is not deemed “forgotten.”  네포파의 올리브 나무같이 밭에서 이름이 붙은 나무는 그 소유권이 유지됩니다.

Other kinds of olive trees: two are deemed “forgotten”, but three are not deemed “forgotten.” Rabbi Yose says: there is no law of “forgotten” for olive trees.. 다른 종류의 올리브 나무들은 둘은 "잊혀진 것"으로 간주되지만, 세 개는 "잊혀진 것"으로 간주되지 않습니다. 요세 랍비는 올리브 나무에는 "잊혀진 것"에 대한 규정이 없다고 말합니다.

As long as the owner has some of the olives belonging to him at the foot of the tree, he has [possession] of those on top of the tree. 소유자가 올리브 나무 아래에 속한 올리브 몇 개를 가지고 있다면, 나무 꼭대기에 있는 올리브들도 그의 소유로 간주됩니다.

What is peret? [Grapes] which fall down during the harvesting. 페레트란 무엇인가요? 수확하는 동안 떨어지는 [포도]입니다.. 

 

If while he was harvesting [the grapes], he cut off an entire cluster by its stalk, and it got tangled up in the [grape] leaves, and then it fell from his hand to the ground and the single berries were separated, it belongs to the owner. 포도를 따고 있을 때 줄기째 하나의 포도송이를 잘랐는데, (※실수로)포도잎에 걸려 손에서 땅으로 떨어져 열매들이 따로 분리되었을때는 그것은 소유자의 소유입니다.  

 

One who places a basket under the vine when he is harvesting [the grapes], behold he is a robber of the poor. 포도를 따다 보면 누군가 포도 아래 바구니를 놓고 따면, 그는 가난한 자의 도둑입니다.

 

 Concerning him it is said: “Do not remove the landmark of those that come up (olim)” (Proverbs 22:28).. 그런 자에 대해 "  (잠언 22:28) 은 올라오는 자의 경계석(※궁핍한자의 권리)을 옮기지 말라"고 말한 것입니다.

 

What constitutes a defective cluster (olelet) of grapes? 포도의 송이(알맹이)에 결함이 있는 것은 무엇인가요? 

Any [cluster] which has neither a shoulder [a wide upper part] nor a pendant [a cone-shaped lower part]. 넓은 윗부분의 어깨도 없고, 아랫부분의 매달린 부분도 없는 포도송이는 결함이 있습니다. 

 

If it has a shoulder or a pendant, it belongs to the owner. 포도송이가 어깨나 매달린부분이 있으면 소유자의 것입니다.

If there is a doubt, it belongs to the poor. 애매한 경우 가난한 사람의 것입니다.

 

A defective cluster on the joint of a vine [where a normal   cluster hangs from the vine],  if it can be cut off with the cluster, it belongs to the owner; but if it can not, it belongs to the poor. 포도송이는 포도나무 가지 연결부에 있을 때 포도송이와 함께 잘라낼 수 있다면 정상적인 포도로 소유자에게 속하지만, 잘라낼 수 없다면 결함이 있는 포도로 가난한 사람에게 속합니다.

 

A single grape: Rabbi Judah says: It is deemed a whole cluster, But the sages say: It is deemed a defective cluster.
한 알의 포도: 랍비 유다(Rabbi Judah)는 그것이 하나의 포도송이로 간주된다고 말하지만, 현인(the sages)은 그것이 결함이 있는 포도송이로 간주된다고 말합니다.
