Canes which protrude from the aris and one is too concerned for them to cut them short, it is permitted to sow directly beneath them. 격자 지지대로부터 돌출된 가지가 아까워 자르리 못하는 경우 그 아래에 씨를 뿌리는 것이 허용됩니다.

 

 If he made them [long] so that the new [growth] might spread along them, it is forbidden [two sow underneath]. 새로운 줄기가  길게 자라도록 격자를 길게 만들었다면  그 아래에 두번 씨를 뿌리는 것이 금지됩니다. 

 

  A blossom which protruded from the aris, it is regarded as if a plumb line were suspended from it, directly beneath it, it is prohibited [to sow].  아리스(격자)에서 튀어나온 꽃봉오리 수직선 아래로는 씨를 뿌리는 것이 금지됩니다.  

 

Similarly, in the case of [a blossom protruding from] a hanging branch [of a single vine.] 마찬가지로 한  포도나무 줄기에에서 (튀어나온) 꽃봉오리의  경우에도 동일하게 적용됩니다. 

 

One who has stretched a vine-hoot from tree to tree, it is forbidden to sow beneath it. 나무에서 나무로 포도나무 어린줄기를  뻗게 한 경우 그 아래에 씨를 뿌리는 것이 금지됩니다. 

 

If he made an extension [to the vine] by means of rope or reed, it is permitted under the extension. 밧줄이나 갈대를 이용하여 포도나무를 연장한경우, 연장된 부분 아래에는 씨를 뿌리는 것이 허용됩니다. 

 

If he made the extension so that the new [growth] might spread along it, it is forbidden.새로운 줄기가 연장선을 따라 퍼지도록 만들었다면  그것은 (연장선 밑에 씨를 뿌리는 것이)  금지됩니다. 

 

Chapter 7 (7장)

  If one has bent a vine into the ground [and then brought it back up elsewhere], then if there is not soil over it to the height of three handbreadths, he may not sow seed above it, even if he bent [and conducted it underground] through a gourd or through a pipe.   포도나무를  땅으로 구부렸다가 나중에 다른곳으로 올렸다면  그위에  3뼘 높이의 흙이 덮여있지 않으면  씨를 뿌릴 수 없습니다. 심지어  구부리고 조롱박이나 파이프를 통해  땅에 묻어도 ( 3뼘 높이의 흙이 덮여있지 않다면)  씨를 심을 수 없습니다. 

 

 If he bent it [and conducted] it through rocky soil, then even if there is not soil over it to the height of three handbreadths, it is permitted to sow seed above it.  포도나무를 구부려 암석토양에 닿으면그곳이 3뼘높이의 흙이 덮여 있지 않아도 그 위에 씨를 뿌릴 수 있습니다 

 

As for a knee-ike vine [formed by burying and conducting it underground], they don’t measure [for how much space to work it] except from its second root.  살때부터나 땅밑에 있으므로서 형성된 무릎덩굴은 두번째 뿌리부터는 작업할 공간을 확보해야 합니다. 

 

One who has bent [and conducted underground] three vines, and their [original] stems are visible, Rabbi Elazar bar Tzadok says: if there is between them from four to eight cubits, they combine, if not, they do not combine. 세개의 포도나무를 구부려 땅에 묻었는데 원래 줄기는 보이는 경우 랍비 엘라자르 바르 차독은  말합니다. 가지사이 거리가  4~8  큐빗이면 합쳐진 것이고, 아니면 합쳐진 것이 아니라고 말합니다. 

 

A vine which has dried up, it is forbidden [to sow near it], but it does not prohibit [the seed as kilayim]. 말라버린 포도나무 근처에는 씨를 뿌리는 것이 금지되지만, 혼합재배 금지규정에 따라 씨뿌리기가 금지된 것은 아닙니다.

 

Rabbi Meir said: the same applies to a cotton plant, it is forbidden [to sow near it], but it does not prohibit [the seed as kilayim].랍비 메이르는 이는 면화재배에도 적용된다고 말합니다. 마른 면화옆에 씨를 뿌리는 것이 금지되지만 킬레임(혼합재배 금지규정)으로 씨 뿌리기가 금지하는 것은 아닙니다. 

 

Rabbi Elazar bar Tzadok said in his name: above the vine too, it is forbidden [to sow near it], but it does not prohibit [the seed as kilayim]. 랍비 엘라자르 바르 차독은 말합니다. 포도나무에 관히셔도 말라버린 포도나무 옆에는 씨를 뿌리는 것이 금지됩니다. 이는 킬레임(혼합재배 금지규정)으로 금지하는 것은 아닙니다.
